Korg Kaoss pad KP3+ problems..... help please!

My KP3+ is just older than a year, so no warranty now. I turned it on this morning and the touchpad sensor is jammed into the top right corner. So all sounds going through it are starting tinny and high pitched rather than normal. When I use the touchpad with my finger, it seems ok, but then I release my finger and it jams up in the top right corner again.
Has anybody experienced this, can anybody help?

Sounds like it just needs to be re-calibrated. There's a topic on here on how to do that.
