Another solution could be taking a close shot with a mobile, or a video to record also the sound and explanations if needed.

Cool I might give that constructing towers one a go tonight.
I've learned some neat things from this place already. That pad reverb patch is cool, different way of using sample and hold than I'd been used to...

Maybe use the iPad version of the synth (iMS-20)? Allows you to replicate everything exactly and even quickly preview...
