Hi, my microKEY keyboard stopped working. I get the same error all the time:
USB Device Not Recognized. In the USB devices it is listed as Unknown Device.
It used to work on the same computer I have now, but one day the LED light was not shining anymore. I tried to reinstall all my USB drivers, I tried to unplug my computer for some time, it didn't help. I tried it on my friend's Windows 7 computer, also didn't work. When I plugged it in my friend's MAC the LED light went on, but I don't know how to check that it actually works on MAC.
What can it be?
microKEY not recognized Windows 7

Hi
It can be the USB connectors on either side and or cable. Did you try using different cables and USB ports?
Regards

Korg should not be able to state windows compatibility.
I have owned a Korg Microkey 37 since they were first invented.
Worked OK with windows 7 and xp (even though you constantly had messages about the driver not being certified by windows and korg told you to simply "click through" the error messages. This is lazy lousy programming).
I ran my Microkey 37 on windows 10 for a little. Suddenly today, it is not recognized and is not powered. I unplugged and replugged many times. Tried different USB cables and ports. No reponse. Installed DrvTools_1_15_r20e.exe and it still doesnt' work. I am not over the 0-9 midi port limit that Korg claims windows has (the microkey is the only midi device in this system other than my focusrite audio interface).
Korg should be brought up on charges for advertising that ANY of their products are windows compatible. THEY ARE NOT and BARELY were "Compatible" in the past.
f*ck you Korg. I want my money back!
