Combinations

Post by cjeffers »

Hello.
Having owned a Korg Triton Extreme, I must say the Kronos is a wonderful upgrade! However, I must add that the Kronos lacks in the number of factory combinations compared to the Extreme.
I already purchased the KRS-04 and KRS-05.
Are there other combinations (free or otherwise) available so I can add to my kronos?
Thanks!

Check this thread out. It might be what you're looking for: http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... hp?t=90767

There may be more in the OS 3 update as well, but I don't know.

Also, there is a loooooooooot of room to store your own combinations on the kronos, believe me, once you start you can't stop, it's addictive and inspiring create your own sounds and combis.

How come I can never access this link:http://korgpatches.com/patches/kronos/

It's been posted several times and everytime I get the "page can't be displayed message."

Using Explorer and Chrome.

It works on my old PC as well.

What kind of Combi's do you think the Kronos is lacking? I find it has pretty much everything that I could want and if it doesn't, it's quite easy enough to just build a combi out of progs that do the job.
That's one of the things that Ilove about the Kronos.
If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
Gear: Kronos 73, Wavestation EX, Polysix, King Korg, Monotron and Monotron Duo, Minikorg, Moog Grandmother, my very old MiniKorg, 4 acoustic and 9 electric guitars, 1 Ibanez 5 string bass, a Steel guitar, a bunch of microphones, 2 pairs of studio monitors and other very cool toys, 1 wife and 4 cats and a lava lamp!
