is it quick and intuitive to change parts in the menu? What exactly do you press to do so? Is it just the part buttons or actual part pad (crossing fingers)?

Hi. You have to have the trigger active on the part pad that you want to edit. The menu automatically changes it´s setting to that certain part.

As you can see from menu number 14 to 21, It´s PART related, and not pattern. This means that you CAN decide to have that certain part (sound) be 16 bars, and another be 8, and another be 4, or 6 if you´d want that. It ranges from 1 to 16. This is called "Last Step".

1. Sure that these numbers are meaning bars?
2. Can these numbers also be odd-numbered, e.g. 3 or 5?

Regarding to the specs, the maximum pattern length is 64 steps (which is equal to 4 bars). I don't understand how a part can be longer than the maximum pattern length of 4 bars. Are you sure not confusing bars with beats?

I understand that there is a Gate Arpeggiator feature in the new new Tribe.

In the Kaossilator Pro the Gate Arpeggiator has 2 specific perpetrators; Gate Time which really functions as a "wet to dry" mix of the legato effect and Gate Speed which gave specific ranges speed where the sound is heard from a 1/4 note to 1/8 note intervals.

My questions regarding the Electribes Gate Arpeggiator is there are way to change the speed of the legato ranging from "no legato" to 1/4 to 1/8 intervals?

Is there a "wet / dry" setting the controls the impact to the sound of the Gate Areggiator?

Answer: Yeah, but only through the menu. Here you can change the value from 1 up to 50, but 8 is probably the max you´ll use.

But I was wondering if you could do a demo and test to see if you can have the same sound, on more than one part.

Thanks for your answers. I'm not sure if I was clear in my questions though. Also I forget when you do demos, you tend to use Zippy and I was expecting a youtube video to see exactly how you are implementing the technique I was asking about.

My question about gate time was definitely confusing.

Right at 2:10 in this video example you will see that the slider on the Kaossilator is used to change the 1/8 gate speed's "TIME" or depth as it were. When the slider is up, you have the full sound, when the slider lower or down the the 1/8 gate goes from a real smooth to snappy hits to a really tight and beat like clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRlExT3WncI

Can we do this on the tribe touch pad as well?
