Last night I re-installed from the EXS16 folder and the installation worked initially. I played a few of the programs before they all went silent saying 'samples not loaded.'

Not sure how they could be loaded and then not…
My guess is that you did something in-between, such as loading a file (and choosing to clear samples), or re-starting if you didn't set the file to auto-load.

As far as I can tell, the only issue is that some Windows un-zip utilities do not automatically create the folder. As far as I'm concerned that's a bug with the un-zip utilities, but I'll be revising the instructions to allow for that possibility.

If anyone has identified any other issues, please let me know.

Hi Dan,

I am on a windows 7 computer. Unzipping gives me an Exs16 folder with all the contents.

I was - as done before with other installations - putting the contents of the directory in the root of my USB. This worked with all other installations but not with EXs16

Putting the entire EXs16 directory on the USB and installing from the directory - as suggested by Sander - works fine, as I have done last night.

Sander and Dan, thanks for your quick responses, and thanks Korg for the EXs16 update!

Glad it helped you. I spent a few frustrated hours trying to get it to work.
