Yeah, I noticed this right away. Faster boot. My times are about the same as yours.

Try checking the fan speed, I just read that there is an option for that now with the upgrade.

First I want to say thanks for the update it lot of new things to play with... I'm fairly new to the Kronos so I'm not 100% sure if this is a new issue but automating the pan controls in Sequence mode seems to have redrawing issues when playing back... anyone else notice this yet? Just record something and tweak the pan controls and then play it back and watch.

It's in Auto.
I'm guessing some things are taking a little more CPU.

How DOES one recover from this problem?

In which case one wonders why it's necessary to have the option in the first place?

First of all I would like to thank you Korg for this update ! Nice job !

In a second step I have a question for you folks:
In OS 3.0 is anybody started to modify his own 2.x combis using 2.x factory programs ?
Is there a script or something to do that automatically already announced ?
I guess I saw Dan talking about that in a previous thread ?

I don't have a lot of them but it could be painful to do this manually and this will imply a very strong file organisation !

Am I missing something ?

If the fan will go into high automatically, then I don't see the point of having an OPTION to set it to low. It should just always be low except when it has to go high!

The OS download is moving slow - estimating 45 minutes for the 190MB file. I didn't know there were so many Kronos owners....

15 minute d/l here in the US. So much depends on your bandwidth
