I got an error when trying to update my Kronos X suggesting that it couldn't find/read the files in some way.
I suspect the problem is with USB drives that were formatted as FAT16 by Macintosh computers via Disk Utility.
I re-formated the USB drive as FAT32 from within the Kronos, then put the USB drive in my Mac to re-copy the download files, and this time it worked fine.

Format as FAT32 instead. Disk Utility is happy to do that.scottkahn wrote:I got an error when trying to update my Kronos X suggesting that it couldn't find/read the files in some way.
