Sequencing - TRack start at beat 5

I am in the process of creating a sequence. Tracks 1 thru 4 are drums and track 5 is a keyboard sound. rRacks 1 thru 4 are looping from beat 1 thru beat 4. That works fine.
I want track 5 to start on beat 5, but cannot figure out how to do it. I also want track 5 to loop from beat 5 to beat 8 and loop continuously after that.

So far, Track 5 starts playing at beat 1 like all the other tracks.
What am I missing?
How can I move track 5's start point?

This should be easy enough in the "track edit" page. Just insert 4 measures on track-5, which would push the MIDI data currently on measure-1 to measure-5. Alternatively, cut-paste measure-1 to measure-5.
