but I don't understand how to load them.

Hello Josh,
i advise you really to make yourself more familar with your key and use the manual. Don´t know which key you have exactely and i´m not sitting in front of it but:
Download the styles - unzip e.g. on a stick (VERY Important that you UNZIP the files)
Media - Load - select folder - then press open until you come to the file named xy.sty and press load to load all styles within this file or press open again to select single styles within this file and then press load.
When you press load you can select where you want to load them - after loading you can find the style there and play.
Hope that helps and do yourself a big favour and read the manual and understand your keyboard.
