VOCODER (mr Blue Sky)

Post by richyrich »

Hi im trying to use the Vocoder in a combi for MR BLUE SKY by E.L.O . I can get a vocoder to work on its own in a programme but cannot get it to work as part of a combi.

Can anyone send me step by step instructions to get it working in combi please.

My band does a cover of Mr. Blue Sky (http://youtu.be/ybSagzKe5zQ) with the Kronos suppling the vocoder

The way to get the vocoder working (off the top of my head as I don't have the Kronos in front of me) is to go in to your Combi and then use the Copy from Program option, be sure to check the 'IFX all used' option.

Then you need to go in to the routing tab so you can see what IFX is the vocoder set to, then go to the Audio tab and make sure that your mic routes to that IFX. (Look at the Audio tab + IFX tab on the program and then compare it to the Combi and you'll see what I mean)

This should help!
