Kronos class action lawsuit
Could there be a class action lawsuit coming against Korg for The original kronos/x because of all the problems with the motherboard keybed fan ect they never fixed but charge owners ridiculous prices I've heard they are charging 500 dollars for a motherboard replacement a motherboard that cost less than a 100 dollars &just to add insult to injury they are releasing the all new kronos that's not so new at all it doesn't do anything new that the original kronos does except it has a new motherboard new keybed & air vents what they did Is fix the original kronos/x without actually fixing it now they wanna sell us the fixed version kronos wow what a dirty greedy idea there are merchants on this site that insult people that have posted about problems their having with the kronos & the merchants respond with some of the most vicious personal insults & then they have that person post locked even banned because their post is not in favor of korg is this grounds for a class action lawsuit ?

Before that wouldn't you at least try calling the Better Business Bureau? Although, there might be a class action lawsuit against run-on sentences and lack of punctuation.
(P.S. when you get there, say hello to James Joyce for me.)

theoretically you can. Because from an ordinary person's perspective, there is no much change to Kronos compared to Kronos X. So you have all the reasons to go for it.
Now think from Krogs eyes - they will defend by listing the numerous minor changes (which may not be obvious to lay man) they have brought to Kronos!
Moreover, at the end of the of day, the big brother will have the last laugh, iguess.

To do so would be an action with no class.
Joking apart, I very much doubt that you would have sufficient grounds to proceed, even if you managed to gather several interested parties.
Here is a link ro Rule 23. If you know anything about the law, you'll see that it would be unlikely to say the least.

My suggestion, open a beer, pour yourself a whisky or whatever you fancy, and have a glass action instead !

checklist:
Did they fail to honor the terms of the warranty?
Did they misrepresent the specs or capabilities of the product?
Did the product constitute a safety hazard?
If no, than you are SOL, though if you can find a lawyer to take this on contingency, have at it.

99.999% of the "merchants" (assume you mean members) on these forums are here to ask questions, pass on information or support others and NOT to offer and try and justify taking out ridiculous law suits against Korg - you really need to FORGET Korg and go and get something else - if you think that "locking" topics and banning undesirables is unfair, just go back and look at the responses to your posts!!! Just in case you have difficulty understanding, these are Korg forums for people who have/want/enquire/make suggestions about Korg products.Harpernet wrote:there are merchants on this site that insult people that have posted about problems their having with the kronos & the merchants respond with some of the most vicious personal insults & then they have that person post locked even banned because their post is not in favor of korg is this grounds for a class action lawsuit ?
