Changing Sequencer to 6/8 time? Harp Gliss? Tempo Change?

I'm trying to sequence a song (Actually an overture for a show) and I'm having a difficult time.

1. The first part is in 6/8, and then goes into 3 measures of 5/8. How in the world do I change the metronome to be based on a dotted quarter or an eigth note as opposed to a full quarter? I've managed to find how to change the meter to 6/8 but it is not giving me a 6/8 click unless I change that quarter note...

2. Is there a way to add one note to trigger a harp gliss? Maybe using the arpeggiator?

3. Is there a way to change the tempo within a sequence? Or are you locked into one tempo? I've tried the track edit and changed the tempo on the last couple of measures, but it always changes the whole sequence... Arrgh!
