Memory Protect issue

Hi everyone...I have had my Krome for about a year and I'd like to save some edit changes to a combi factory patch that came with it...I have memory protect OFF(unchecked combi) in Global and when I save the edited patch in Write mode it remains unchanged...any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Are you making changes to the combi or to the program's referenced by the combi. If you are changing parameters for the individual programs they have to be saved separately. But note that all other combi's that reference the program will also be changed.

To the combi itself...it had some percussion tracks I wanted to eliminate and replace with upper register bells...got it late last night...not quite sure how it occurred but glad it did.Thanks
