Tip for PA-600 auto-accompaniment -- lock the current chord

Post by smithwib »

Hey folks-

Loving my new PA-600 so much, and just wanted to pass on something I found.

I was looking for a way to lock the current chord so I could go out of split mode, improvise with multiple chords, etc., but it kept jumping into a new key. The simple answer is if you use the chord sequencer and record your current key and playback, it won't budge on you.

Happy jamming. \:D/

If you add a Footswitch you can program it to do a CHORD LATCH when pressed.
.

Quick question would an ordinary sustain pedal do as a foot switch ?

Either will work.
