Issue with volume output

Hi, i bought my Korg Kross roughly a month or so ago. It has never left the house and has been well looked after. I have only really used it through the headphone jack and it's been great. however i now need to run through the audio out jacks for my home studio. Now here is the issue... The output level is very quiet, i have the knob turned on full and the volume reads 127 on the keyboard output, but it still appears really quiet. I have check all the leads etc and no issues there. I tried the sd card record function and it records really quiet there too, i have to boost the db when exporting to get a decent level.

Can anyone help me out here!?

The obvious solution would be to turn up the gain on your interface inputs.
