Time limit before editing?
Why would you have a time limit BEFORE you are able to edit a new post you just made?
The point of the timer is to prevent a Robot from turning up on the forum and posting hundreds of spam messages in the space of a few seconds.
However, that one timer applies to everything as that's how phpBBv2 was designed. This will change in the future when we move to phpBB v3.
