AX1500G : accessible variable resistor broken...

Hello, I've a problem with my AX1500G. The variable resistor accessible by a small hole behind the device is broken. I look for the value (Ohms or KOhms) of this resistance named RV1 situated on the main circuit. What is the utility of this regulation?

Would anybody have the plan of maintenance of the device?
