problem with mini kaoss pad 2s [KP2S] HELP. SHOW TONIGHT!!!!

I honestly just need to factory reset this thing but the manual was tossed by my brainless roomates and there is nothing online or anywhere on the internet i could find that would tell me this vital information.

here's the issue.
NORMALLY:
I hook up my guitar, turn on the kaoss pad and crank up my amp.
if i want it super beefy i add the onboard distortion.
if i want effects i swipe til i find what i like and incorporate it.
sounds great!

NOW:
i cant even hear the guitar unless i have the onboard distortion on,
but if i play a sample or touch the mic button, ITS LOUD AS s**t, like it should be.
yet i have little to no sound coming through my guitar.
also, the loop effects dont even work now.
i touch the low pass filter, works great!
i touch ANY of the loppers....nothing. literally no change whatsoever.
yes the effect switch is on, that's how i know the other effects work.

so volume from my effects [most] and samples that came on it [shitty house and club beats bullshit] and mic all work perfectly but i cant get the guitar to output unless i turn the pad off.
then its loud, bbut i have no pad to use effects..


help!

my set is literally all effects driven guitar.
i cant settle for just one or the other.,
i have 5 hours to leave.

Hi skretti ,
Before resetting try connection setting in setup menu p-6/9..
I don't own or know how to operate this but I think you press function to scroll through this list.You are after "connection".Set this to Direct.

i have bricked my MINIKP2S , really need info on factory reset , or flash the firmware on it again , the sad bit is even i can't find the firmware for 2s model
