A couple of the keys sunk in

Post by agusbatara »

I just have a problem with my KORG SV1 73. Last night two of the keys sunk in (i.e. they did not spring up back), when I was using it on a gig.
To be precise, they were the D next to the middle C and the adjoining Db key. And I was not sure how that happened, it may be a 'wear and tear', or it may be the 'spring' or the 'mechanics' inside the keys were broken. I bought this keys in UK in 2010. And I have been using my keys for four years or so. Since then I now live in Melbourne, Australia. Would anyone know who can assist me to solve this problem?
