Using Editor via USB and midi controller

I just installed the Kronos editor. I use a midi controller for my Kronos due to space issues. I can't seem to be able to control the Kronos with the midi keyboard while using the editor. The controller shows up in the MIDI options but it doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.

You need to set the "MIDI Thru" option to "Auto" in in Preference under the MIDI tab. This will route MIDI data received by the editor from the controller to the Kronos.

OK, I'll try that. I've got it hooked up via USB now and it works, but the editor is giving me issues now.
