Hi,
i have a korg tr rack,
and i am only getting sound out of one chanell,
does anyone know what the problem could be,

First try to eliminate the obvious. Swap the audio output cables on the Rack by pluging the left out into the right out (and visa versa) so that you are effectively sending the left out to the right audio reciever etc. That way you can check if it is either a cable fault or a problem with the receiving audio unit
If still no joy see if it is possible to do a factory reset of the box (back up your stuff first). I dont have a rack so not sure if this is possible, consult your manual
If none of these then it is starting to look like a hardware fault and you need repairs. Does the headphone out work OK? If so could you use that temporarily until you get the rack repaired
