Thanks for the suggestion. I had to reboot it. My apologies for tardy response time
The combo works we together ....for Fx and for recording Volcas into the 8 banks. Don't no too much about quantization/sync/trigger... The kp3 effects have for nice preset to explore for echoing rhythm etc....
And you any new exploration?

Yes slowly at the mo.I have an OP-1 for music on the move-which is a lot of fun,but I can record my hardware onto it at home too.
Been lovin the Volca keys.Using it with TB3/Monotribe plus a MiniAk and I have the KPs wired to my decks (which has been my longer work in progress -Decks an effects is heaven). The KPs can be touchy syncing up with other stuff for long periods of time but they are a great way to work.
I've got my eyes on a Volca Sample. They are ment to be fun.I don't need one and trying to focus and restrict myself-but yes ,lovin the sound of the VKeys.
Another temptation is the Pocket Operators from Teenage Engineering. So cheap and good. They also sync up with Volca sync signal.I haven't tried yet but should be fine.I have the PO-14,but there is three.I may pop on the PO-12 next ,but you could make tunes with just a Volca Sample and a PO.
I must say the Monotribe is one of the best out of all these cheap boxes ,incase you were feelin like spending. But it's more a matter of time over money these days ,or tabletop space.
Don't worry about long reply time-I understand.
(I don't think I'll go for an Electribe 2S although its prob like the Volca sample on steroids).
