Pipe organs PCG and HD-1 third party
I know this was brought up awhile ago and was wondering if any heavenly sounding pipe organs are available out there.I was looking towards The Beatles (Let It Be pipe organ) inspired programs/samples.I am pretty sure that let it be pipe organ is a Mellotron.Yes,I checked out Tape Intruments demo and it was headed in the right direction, just short 40 keys.Anybody know anything about Jeux d’orgues 2 – Stiehr-Mockers (Korg Kronos)............????
Not so sure that is a pipe organ on Let It Be. Sounds like a Hammond with some heavy reverb. But who knows. I am sure you can find something on the web about this. With the right registration it could sound like a pipe organ.

The only Kronos EXs library that contains fully featured Cathedral organs with all stoppers assigned on slides is "Vintage Keyboards Suite"
that it's been already announced there http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... hp?t=91844
Especially Cathedral Pipe organ is provided in "SWELL","GREAT" & "PEDAL" keybeds with all stoppers assigned to sliders.
BTW Billy Preston simulated a pipe organ with Hammond in "Let it be" , but actually pipe organs have entirely
different non pure sinusoidal waveforms that a tonewhees Hammond or an analog synthesizer can't really produce !

I've loaded the Jeux d'orgues 2 and love it. The key point for me being it's real multisamples of a church pipe organ and it actually sounds like one.
Actually manipulating these in progs/combis to sound right for music (eg RW Jane Seymour) is my next challenge.
I might even buy J3.

Richard Thomas. In order of appearance:
Roland HP1700, Roland SC55, Bohemia Acoustic, Alesis QS8, RME Babyface, REAPER, Kronos 2-88, RME Digiface USB.
Given up trying to play them, now I just play with them.
