Esx verdicts thus far vs Electribe Sampler

I wasnt impressed with the contact rate of the pads when first using the es2 - I assumed it was because of being new. But nothing has changed over time - really have to hit to get the pads to register, which makes the velocity sensitivity basically a non-function.
is anybody actually gigging with this - and I mean a bit more than just slamming mute/unmute on the pads or running notes from another sequencer?

have you tried adjusting the pads' sensitivity setting?

Perhaps you can do a comparison about the 2 devices since you have both in your possesion right now?
