where can I get external hard drive for Korg pa80
Unless I'm mistaken I don't believe that is possible.
I'll assume you wish to bypass the limitations of a floppy drive?
If so, You may be able to convert the drive bay to a memory stick/Zip drive.
Others here may know more about that conversion and if it has been done to pa80.

replace floopy drive with usb drive
I am waiting for usb drive to replace floopy drive on my pa80 due next week
my floopy drive went U.S.a couple of years ago & you carn't buy new discs now.While searching for styles on EBAY I came across an ad for NALBANTOV usb drives to replace floopy drives $160 aprox au.12 months warranty .I ordered one & am waiting on delivery.See foorum posts for
15/2/2011 & one from Karmathanever dated 19/3/2011 .I bought pa800 to replace pa80 but fortunatelly did not throw pa80 away so we will see how it goes--great grandpop
