Live settings in combi mode.

Post by jakang »

Hi. This is probably a real newbie question.

When playing live i´ve stored my sounds in order off apperence in the empty D bank in combi mode.

I have a huge problem with not being able to get a seamless switch between the sounds.
My question is. Can I, in any way, get "seamless" to the next sound (combi)?

If I for example play the M50 Piano and I want to add strings, or a pad, can I do that in any different way than switching to my next combi, in wich i´ve added strings/pad to the M50 piano?

You can't get a seamless transition between combi's but you can mute and unmute the timbres within a combi.

Or you can assign volume control to 1 of the 4 knobs for a spec. sound. Have to use the midi tab tho and then expression for the volume instead of master.-

Smooth sound transition from one combi to another is, as fas as I'm aware, only found on the Korg Kronos. VSTs, such as Omnisphere don't do it either.
