"hacking" LP350 speakers

Hello,

I want to use my LP350 with midi and vst.

I would like to keep the speakers. I have saw there is 4 wires in the plug to connect them.

I would like to know if thoses wires are just the sound input for the 2 speakers and if I just have to patch thoses with left/right sound output from the computer ?
