Sq-1 problem (cannot start sequence)

Hi all,

I turned on my sq1 today and I can no longer play sequences.

The start button turns on solid, the speed light stays off and the sequence will not move past the first step (the switch light stays on)

Any ideas? Is there a way to factory reset these things?

The manual is pretty basic.

This happens even when I'm not using CV/gate out to my sh101, it was working fine before. The only thing I did was change the CV setting to 5V

Will take a video later.

I know this sounds like a bad tech helpline joke, but have you tried taking out the batteries, wait a few minutes, and put them back in? It may be the closest you can get to a factory reset.

Yep have tried everything, even running it off usb power.
