Saving different sets of volca sample set with caustic edito

Post by MrJed »

I'm sure i'm missing the point here...

So I removed the factory samples and successfully loaded up a set of old school hardcore samples to my VS with caustic - it works great!

I can change the samples on that set easily one at a time using the causitc editor.

What I can't work out is how to start a completely new set of samples - let's say hip hop and keep the hardcore ones saved for the future so i can replace them when I need to.

Another example would be to have different sets of samples lined up in caustic for different drum machines, just being able to open them and overwrite / sync whenever I want (Without having to bring all the samples in again manually)

I'm using the app on a macbook - what am I missing? Thanks :)

Sounds good - will check that out next, thanks!

I take it I'm not missing the point with Caustic and it's actually not possible then?

No problem. I wish every Volca Sample user knew about Vosyr. It's a game changer for sure!
