Sequencer playing back wrong notes

Can make a recording in sequencer, but sometimes when I play back what I've done some notes are missing or in a different order, any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

this is very strange? I kinda experienced something like that once. I had held down the enter button and seq rec button to import a sound and record an idea. when I started building other tracks is when the boo boos started happening. take a good hard look at all tracks for mutes and solos and recs enables. also what type of recording...loop, multi, over write etc..
The devil is in the details.
If all fails trying tuning the unit off and powering up again....

Also look at the quantize settings.
