It sounds like the digitizer is not responding. I had this happen in my Roland G70 Arranger keyboard. I purchased a new digitizer from Roland for $70.00. I could have, however, got one off ebay for considerably less. In your case the first thing I would do is check the connection between the digitizer and the lcd panel in the Oaysis. It may have worked loose. Also, have you tried reloading the operating system in case there is a software malfunction in the display system. Have you tried recalibrating the touch screen.
Also, when I installed the new digitizer and tried doing the recalibration process it did not initially work. I was a bit perplexed and wasn't sure how to proceed. Out of frustration I touched the calibration points, using a touch screen pen, with a firm touch. Certainly not enough to do damage, but certainly harder than I would normally touch them. For whatever reason it worked. It registered all the calibration points and when I went into the main panel and worked with it as normal it responded to the slightest touch. That was about 6 months ago and it has worked perfectly since then. I replaced the LCD screen and the Digitizer in the Roland G70. I realize the screen in the Oaysis is larger but I think the principle is the same. Just some suggestions off the top of my head. I hope you can get it fixed easily and without great expense.
