Metronome sounds different in different sequences...?

Post by Mighty_Ferguson »

I've got two sequences set up, and both have the metronome set to play and record, with the click going to output 4 (for drummer's headset). For some reason when I switch back and forth between these two sequences, the metronome sound isn't the same. There's a difference in volume, as well as the sound itself. I can't tell if it's somehow being processed by effects or if there's a way to change the click sound per sequence. I've searched the manuals and did a search on here and I can't find anything about editing the metronome sound.

Can anyone shed some light on what's going on so I can make them match? Thanks.

Try to cut off (just for testing, just for a moment) each type of effect one by one and see what happens. I think you will soon find the source of this problem.

Thanks - figured it out. One of the sequences was using a drum track with a click pattern mixed in and I overlooked it. I'm an idiot.
