I apologize for the newbie question but I am having troubles with UserBanks. I created two UserBanks that work correctly in Auto-Load but the three Soprano Sax collections I made today are wrong. I get the message: Auto Load Error: The following KSC files refer to unavailable sample data: Soprano50_UserBank.KSC, Soprano97_UserBank.KSC, Soprano127_UserBank.KSC.
There are three folders on the SSD for each collection, I'll use Soprano50 as an example:
Soprano50 (folder) > SOPRA006.KSF (1.0M), SOPRA007.KSF (1.0M), SOPRA001 (folder) > MS001000.KSF ... MS001008.KSF (9 files 1.0M each), SOPRA000 (folder) > MS00000.KSF ... MS00008.KSF (9 files 1.0M each), SOPRA000.KMP (346k) and SOPRA001.KMP (346k).
Soprano50_UserBank.KSC > SMP: BluzStrat57 (960k (9.1M)) (BluzStrat57 is the name of a UserBank that is loading correctly) > MULTISAMPLES (folder) ( 864k (19M)) > Soprano-L (432k (9.1M)), Soprano -R (864k (9.1M)), DRUMSAMPLES (folder) > (960k (21M)) > all the stereo sax samples -L and -R (48k 1.0M each)) 9 stereo samples.
SOPRANO50.KSC (folder) > Sampling Mode Data (folder) > MULTISAMPLES > Soprano -L and Soprano -R (9.1M each), also the folder UN-REFERENCED SAMPLES (2.0M) > SopranoA4 -L and -R (1.0M each).
What did I do wrong?
How can I fix it?
Thank you so much for your help. Again I apologize for this long-winded post.

check the above (the last post is how I do it)
maybe search also on posts of Danatkorg, since he provided also a procedure to merge and create new Userbanks from existing material
There are step-by-step instructions for this in the manuals, as well. See "Saving User Sample Banks: Examples" in the Operation Guide.

Thanks Ad! Your thread was helpful. I guess I was hoping not to have to start from scratch with the raw samples. The UserBanks in question won't load from disk due to the "un-referenced samples" problem, and the programs that use those multisamples refer to the "BluzStrat57" MS - instead of giving the message "Samples not loaded". So something is wrong at the program level as well.
Oh bother!
Maybe I will have some success by drilling down to the MS level, loading the correct MS, and then using the " Create Program from MS" command and the "Use Destination Program Parameters" and save it to the correct program.
If I get that to work, then I can save to disk with a new name.
This is my first Korg keyboard (Kronos2 88), I've only had it a couple of weeks, but I am loving it.
Just have to get over this learning curve with the sample file management. Everything else has been a piece of cake.

Just to complete the thread... It worked! Drilled down to the correct MS in the KSC file, reloaded it into Sampling Mode, used the Create Program from MS command and saved it to the correct program using the Use Program Parameters command. Saved that to disk with the same name so it updated the UserBank file. Auto-Load is working now.
It's all peaches and cream now!
Thanks AD!
