Havian 30 vs pa300

Post by Bachus »

What are the differneces between these two...

So far i found that there are some much better piano and dp sounds on the havian... But the Havian is missing the Multipads from the pa300... So they are not exactly the same...

Is there a direct comparrison somewhere?

Havian30 is Digital Ensemble Piano and Pa300 is Professional Arranger.
Havian30 has 88 Weighted Hammer keys, Pa300 61 Semi-weight keys.
Long story short, HAVIAN30 is piano with possibility use Arrangement for backing, Pa300 is Arranger with some Piano Sounds.
If you piano player your choice is Havian, is feels like playing real one.

i wouldn't say that pa300keys are semi weighted.. they are synth action...
I thought these two had the same factory bank but it seems like havian has 64mb more..it makes sense now!

A plus for Havian30 - it can record MP3.
Neither PA300 or PA600 can do that.
