There is actually an easier way. I don't fully remember where, but there's an option that allow you to remap samples from 1 bank to another for the entire memory of programs... Maybe try Sampling mode or General mode under the "sample manage" tab ?
that would be cool - I'd love to do that with the Orchestral Library that Sharp posted. I just got them loaded up last night and didn't feel like going through every program to update the mappings.

OK, I just checked...
- Go to General mode > Sample manage tab.
- Open the menu and select "MS remap"
- Choose the bank that you want to update, the "From" sample bank and the "To" sample bank

I would make a backup first though... First time I did this, I screwed with all my programs, including the factory defaults!

awesome - thanks. I read this in the manual, but for some reason, I interpreted it as being on a per-program basis.

I think you read it right. The procedure in the manual is per-program. I don't think I've seen a reference to the option I'm referring to...

There's a link from this page that might be what you're looking for:

http://thekronosblog.blogspot.be/2012/0 ... s-for.html

Look for the link to CP-80a.zip. It's about the same size.
