I am trying to build a setup that will work as follows:
-Korg Triton Extreme is in the center, midi ch1
-Midi in of Nord electro 2 rack is connected to midi out from triton, so i can play nord sounds from triton... Nord is midi ch15
...and this works, its simple.
Now i am trying to connect Behringer FCB1010 to Tritons midi in so i can control both Triton and Nord, and there are a few problems:
-I am having trouble programing FCB to control INC/DEC on Triton, so i can switch programs up an down
-I am having trouble programing FVB to control ARP ON/OFF on Triton
-Triton does not seem to pass midi information to Nord at all, actualy the midi LED on nord flashes when i switch the switches on FCB, but nothing is actualy changing
I have alredy set up FCBs functions i wanted for Triton on ch1, an the ones i wanted for Nord on ch15, and everything is OK when i connect FCB directly to Nord, but when it goes through Triton its not working.
Also in Combi mode, everything on the Nords channel is enabled, midi ch is corect, etc.
Any sugestions?!

I got frustrated and ended up buying a midi-merge box from kenton.

Be sure you order the right power supply for it.
Run your FCB to the one input of the merge box.
Run you Triton to other input of the Merge box
Output the Merge Box to both Triton Nord
FCB will go to both Nord and Triton through the merge box
Triton will go to Nord through the Merge box
Merge box output will be combination of Nord, FCB and Triton.
Be careful of midi loop from Triton through merge box and back to Triton.
Just make sure your midi channels are set up to avoid loops.
If you have midi loop problems you can always plug FCB into Triton Directly
Both Midi thru output and regular output from Triton to Merge box then from there to the Nord.
