Importing stereo multisamples

I tried importing several sf2 multi-samples and found that some of them wont load on PA4x. After opening them I found that they are stereo, containing L and R samples and instruments linked to each other.

So I chopped them in L and R and created two SF2's and they were happy to get imported separately. Used 2 OSC's to create the desired sound one with L and one with R. Thus no quality loss.

Thought to share with this forum as it might be useful for a newbie like me :)

Also if there is any other way, please let me know.
