Korg m50 Scale Tuning

Hi,
I recently bought an m50.... i play oriental/middle eastern music.. and we use scale tuning.. for example we have a scale called "Rast" we tune Mi -52 and Si -52 .......

I'm having a problem here..... the scale tuning from global, page select, scales is not working on some sounds from program .. i set the scales as i want like mentioned above (-52 on fav notes) and the note still sound the same... however, it works on some other sounds.... i don't know what is the problem here... why some sounds get affected and other sounds jusy stay the same?
