I bought the Krome ( Gold ) about 1 month ago.
It's a very good instrument.
I saw some people complaining about different issues and I would like to help with my experience so far.
1. I was wrong ! ( in one of my posts ). Krome keys are very good and do feel like those on the PA 900.
2. The first day I put it on my bed - for the first test - and not on the stand, for about three hours. Bad idea. It got very hot on the center bottom - as I noticed later.
3. I tested an SDHC card. It worked fine and I left it in. After two hours - of playing but not using the card - I took the card out and it was hot !
So, I never put it in now, untill necessary, for a short time.
4. One time, after pushing the Power On button and the loading started, I decided to connect the headphones.
Bad idea. After the loading finished, the screen became unlit even though the lights around the joystick were lit.
So, don't disturb the instrument while loading and put the volume knob to minimum before pushing the power button.
5. I was confused - in another post of mine - by the fact that they wrote 161 drum kits, when it actually has 56. I haven't found the answer yet, but this is not a big issue. Each drum kit might have about three smaller drum kits inside.
Best of luck everybody !
Take care of your Krome !

Just a couple quick comments...
"3. I tested an SDHC card. It worked fine and I left it in. After two hours - of playing but not using the card - I took the card out and it was hot !

I always leave my SD card in my Krome, (almost two years now), it only comes out when I want to backup the card to my PC, or I need to add something to it, and it has never been hot at all.
