Problems uploading samples to Volca Sample

I have just bought the machine and I have problems transferring samplers from pc to volca sample via caustic and vosyr.. nothing seems to work and my volca has the last firmware..

any help will be appreciated.

hundreds asked about and everyone will give the same answer:
wrong cable connection.
audio output of your computer too quiet.
equalizer or compressor activated in your pc audio driver.

its probably because my cable is mono, i will go and buy a stereo cable and try later in the day.

i dont have equalizer or compressor activated in pc.
will try with stereo cables.

Nor did I, but whatever system my Dell laptop uses for audio interfered with the file transfer. Sent the same WAV to my phone, connected that by stereo cable and the phone sent it correctly and all was well.

I've just found my problem - previously had 'dcod err' every time I tried to upload a sample using caustic on my samsung galaxy android phone.

1 - check volumes settings IN SETTINGS (ie not just up to max with the vol button on the side of the phone. The master settings of my phone were turned down slightly, even though my side volume controller was up to max.

2 - check the volume EVERY TIME you plug the mini jace into your phone - my volume turns down each time I connect the wire for some reason...
