Need help downloading a new sound library for Kronos X

I downloaded the KRS-04 Pro Splits and Layers sound library from Korg for Kronos x. I loaded the file on a thumb drive and ins rated that into the Kronos. I went to Disk, then Utility, then Copy, then Paste. A dialog box appeared and it said "illegal file description". What did I do wrong?
I would really appreciate help!

This should really be in the Kronos section not Trinity.
