PA900 screen problem

I recently got 2 lines on the screen looking somewhat like this

is this a sign that the panel is ready to go?
if so, I guess it's not the touch panel but the inside module of some sort?

anyone have this problem before?

Hello!
It sounds like a hardware problem..So you should change the LCD but an actual picture of the problem would clear it up to be 100% sure!

Simply because when first released, many had problems.
May I suggest, you completely RELOAD from Scratch,
the entire OS from the OFF state as directed in the instructions.

Let us know what happens.

I think only the quick guide came with the keyboard, any idea what page these instructions are on? on the full pdf manual or maybe someone can post exactly how to?
