Pitch bend triggered from aftertouch?

Is there an easy way to trigger pitch bend from aftertouch either in prog or combi? If so... how please? :)

For an HD1 program set the AMS source to aftertouch on the OSC/Pitch page. For EXi the Pitch EG/Mod page.
