Please tell me if the pa1x screen is the same as the pa4x? I want to buy a full touch lcd screen - someone could tell me something about it --- thank you very much for your response my email is kalymagine@hotmail.com

Great to hear from you - hope all is great with you.

No, the PA4X screen is quite different (and in size too).

Now I am unsure if we have any super "electronics technicians" forum members here that could make any suggestions for you.
Even if you could "attach" a new touch screen like the PA4X I would wonder if the internal OS drivers would cope.

NO!
Is not the same and you can't use.
Every Display need to have adapter and installed driver for working with rest of system.
OS have only driver what is necessary for model, not supporting any other kind of Displays.
Pa4x have TFT Displays with Capacitive Touch which is way more advanced that 240 x 320 TouchView Display used in Pa1x, there is no way they can by swap.

Ooh thank you friend Pete I am very sad because it seems that there is no way to fix or get a new screen for my pa1x (the economic situation in my Mexico country is very bad) there is almost no work for live music. Years that I bought this wonderful keyboard pa1x was a marvel - but it is very expensive for me to buy px3 or pax4 very difficult for me ---- I wish I could be able to look for the way of eg cloning the screen with another similar Is difficult but I trust that there is a way to connect for example as an ipad or a samsung tablet or any touch screen display I do not know what possible --- my pa1x still works all very well.
