Need Tutor for Kronos

Hey everyone. Looking to hire somebody who can tutor me in the Kronos regarding Sampling, Sequencing, and other confusing ( to me) basics to the Kronos system.

I've watched all the videos, but I learn better if I could get somebody to teach me.

I was thinking about a FaceTime / Skype lesson?

Certainly, I am offering $$$ for help!

Dear both,

I would first recommend that you spend some time watching the tutorial videos that are on YouTube, especially the ones from Korg and QI Robinez. There is a video tutorial for each type of functionality (sequencer,...).

There are certainly other videos but these are top quality and might help you a lot.

It's great to point at the tutorials and say "watch them and learn everything", but there are a lot of them, and it's quite easy to start with one that you're not ready for.

Just like there are several bodies that rate piano music (and music for other instruments) by order of difficulty, so that you start of with basics and only play Listz after a huge amount of practice, having a good sorted list (from basics to advanced) of YouTube tutorials would be a very useful thing.

(As for those lists of repertoire, the one I'm using is from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Their piano syllabus, which lists a crap ton of music at various levels, can be found at http://www.musicdevelopmentprogram.org/ ... s-2015.pdf. They've also published lists for organ, harpsichord, and accordion, as well as a bunch of non-keyboard instruments.)

As I now study myself Kronos all tips.. I can teach you and show all tricks that I found already.. later today I post videos to show, that you can do with Kronos internal combi and play live..

For anyone interested, I actually do give out lessons whether they be programming lessons or just general use via Skype.

I record the sessions and make them available on Youtube privately for watching later on or just making them available to whoever wants them.

That all being said, the resources that others have mentioned are excellent, especially QuiRobinez tutorials on Youtube. Excellent stuff!

QI Robinez is a great place to start

Chris and korgdude123,I agree the videos from QI Robinez and korg have been a great start.
Enigmahack and krossuser4, thanks for reaching out. I am currently on vacation and away from my korg but will definitely be contacting you and looking forward to some skype lessons!
