Does Kronos Identify Chords?

Post by cabasner »

Hi all,

More silly newbie questions. I know the Kronos is as far away as it can be from being a 'learning' keyboard, but I was wondering if it has, on any of its huge number of screens, a screen that identifies, in common chord terminology, what chord is being played (maybe in real time)? Is there such a screen?

Karma has a piano roll of some type. its hard to read - small tic marks on the keys. If you mess around with pads in Karma, you should see a view of a keyboard. I don't recall- there might be a chord symbol there

Yes, KARMA includes chord recognition. You find it on the screen under the KARMA GE tab. It is located in the Chord field above the piano key visualization.
