Delayed signal on mic. On PA4X

Post by Mister Music »

I have a delayed signal on my mic. When I speak it takes x miliseconds before my voice reaches the speakers. Also when using the voiceprocessor on midifiles I have a delay ???

I agree. Even though It's a TC Hellicon there are some parts particularly in the programming I find particularly tedious. So I have decided that a VK is a small price to pay for that perfection that I know TC have in their own products.

There is something just NQR with the built in version. Can't put my finger on it.

This is interesting
I use the VP extensively with many harmony settings etc.. and have never had any issues.

I'll re-check the MIDI files with VP again....

Have you got the 'Lead Mute' setting selected in the Global:Mic Setup page? (Manual Page 842). If so, you will only be hearing the processed 'Wet' signal and not the 'Dry' unprocessed signal from your voice.

Have you got the 'Lead Effect Send' set to 'Pre' on the same page? Set this to 'Post'.

Just thought these might be the cause of your problem, hope you get it sorted.
