mintjamman wrote:To be honest until today I have never noticed this issue but I now notice that when selecting a Setlist Entry the Song loads, Press Play and everything is as mixed. Stop the Player, now when you play the Pa4x the volume levels of the selected parts are about half the volume thet were. Now select Play and the volume is back at the correct mixed levels, this can be replicated each time.

Anyone else notice this, I am certain I would have picked up on this before :(
I had almost similar problem with my Pa4X while ago on the stage, not exactly like your issue.
Whole volume's styles and keyboard sets were dropping during the live performance.

I was using the TRS audio cables according to the Korg Pa4x website.
Problem was resolved when I replaced the TRS cables by TS (Mono)cables from L+R outputs.

Did you try by a headphone?
I think it's not hurting if you can try with another TS cables in case you're using the TRS cables with your PA system.
Just trying to help and I hope you can sort it out soon.

Tried @ home , not an issue at all , when I saw video I knew exactly what it was :)

Check this out:

GLOBAL>MENU>MIC SETUP>TALKOVER > UNCHECK - MODE "AUTO" and set Talkover to >OFF<

"PROBLEM" SOLVED

Hi Vex,

Thanks for this useful piece of information, I have just checked page 859 of the manual and yes it describes the symptoms, however I am not able to get at my Pa4x for a few days but will be looking into this then, from memory however I don't recall have selected Auto as I don't use the talkback feature but it's a valid reason for this, I will confirm

Hi Vex,

Your spot on with the solution to my issue and I thank you, tried it earlier and it was set to Auto, how it got set is a mystery as I dont use the feature.
