Sound mapping of the style changes by itself

Post by gkthomas »

I have a Korg PA600 in which i have installed Indian styles I purchased from Korg website for $250. One of the style from the user I renamed and copied to fav 01 folder. I practiced for a performance and it was all fine. Today all of a sudden without doing anything, its sound mapping changed by itself and autosaved . I turned off the keyboard and turned on , the sounds for the each track is changed and style sounds weird . Not sure what happened, I did not changed anything .? Anyone has any idea?

I own Pa600 for while, used so many different ways, Play Styles, Create Styles, Change etc, Also I am using all the time to receiving and sending Midi Messages to other Midi devices... and...
I can assure you Korg Pa600 never do anything on own.
I don't know what you doing to get this problem, but you may try do logging step by step your procedure and then we can help you troubleshoot.
Question: "I didn't do anything and happen, please help" .. not working, is no way anybody can help.

I am very new to pa600 and its functions. I did something , by pressing some button or something , but not sure what I did. I was directly selecting styles and play, not choosing performances. But I guess I saved a user performance with the style attached to it and in that style the "original sound" check box is checked . Is there any way to understand from Style details, that this style is attached a named performance?
Thanks for your response
